which builder should i chose


hi and welcome back.

Now that we have a land we were looking in buying a house 28 until 34 squares. we went to a lot of display homes and builders. but most of the builders wouldn't give us a site start at the earliest of September. but along the way to builders had an April site start, they were Dennis Family Homes and Simonds Homes. both of them were good quality builders and now it was between plans vs plans and promotion vs promotion. 


first of all Dennis family homes had a 28 square house. Dennis family homes work like this. they have an aspiration series and a generation series. the 28 square house was in the aspiration series and didn't have any promo, no carpet tiles u had to pay for almost everything. but that house had an advantage it was fairly cheap. but we weren't satisfied with what they gave us and we were hoping we could find something better at simonds homes and guess what we did

simonds homes were more like the other builders they gave you a booklet to chose from and a promotion which was interesting, you paid 10000 and you would get 30000 worth of upgrades. we liked the promotion and the quality of the standard inclusions, now we wanted a plan to go with our land. we found a house called the vaucluse fusion and when we first saw it we knew it was our perfect house. our sales assistant and we liked the price we took it home and thought about it and we came back and we told him we want to go ahead. he put our job on and he said u will receive a phone call within a week telling u about your color appointment. he also told us that we could have a gallery tour to the simonds gallery so we could have an idea and that would make our choice a whole lot easier.


we were satisfied so far we just needed to wait until next Saturday so we can have a tour at the simonds standard inclusions

Welcome to Ayman and salwa's building journey

My name is Ayman and i will be the maker of the blog

I have 5 kids (4 boys and 1 girl)the oldest is 12 and the youngest is only 2 years, and we are looking of buying a land and house in the magnificent Australia. I myself work at Monash university Clayton campus so i need to buy a land in the south eastern region. first we were looking at established areas Clayton,springvale,oakleigh and rowville but found land that was very expensive. so we now decided to look for the new estates around the cranbourne region we looked at eve, sierra, The hunt club, marriot waters and a lot of other estates. After about 2 months of going every Saturday and Sunday looking for estates we decided to buy land at the hunt club cranbourne east. It had a school(p-12), 2 wetlands a proposed medical center and shopping center under construction and a childcare center and a lot of parks and heaps more.


we were searching for land there and found a titled land in a prestige location close to all the hunt club facilities in stage 55. It was a 512 m block the dimensions were 16x32, we thought it was a perfect location so we bought that land and we are happy with our decision. Now that the easy bit is finished we have to go on to the hard bit choosing a builder.
